If you have a question that isn't covered in our below FAQs, contact us on traffordtickets@bakehousefactory.co.uk and our team will respond within 72 hours.

Will we meet Santa?

Yes! Every booking will enjoy a private meet-and-greet with Santa in his Haribo Holly Jolly Grotto. You'll have the chance to spend time with him and have your photo taken while immersed in the magical world of Haribo.

When will Santa be in his grotto?

Santa and his elves will be busy welcoming visitors from Friday 20th November until Christmas Eve, before their very important job of delivering presents around the world. Please visit the ticketing website for the latest availability.

How long does the experience last?

Your timed experience lasts approximately 15-20 minutes.

Please allow around 25-30 minutes for check-in and any souvenir purchases. We recommend arriving no more than 5 minutes before your booked session, as arriving earlier will not allow earlier entry.

Please ensure you leave enough time for parking as it can get extremely busy during the festive period.

If you arrive early, we'd recommend checking out the close-by Christmas fair and markets!
